All orders in stock are shipped same day! Orders must be placed, the credit card must be verified, and security cleared by 3:00pm MST. All orders are shipped Ground Service unless specified otherwise by the customer. WE DO NOT CHARGE HANDLING FEES! Legendscars.com is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship all merchandise complete, properly packaged, and insured. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier.
Change of Address
All orders are considered final upon placement. We will try to accommodate address changes, however we do so under no obligation. Even if an address change is accepted and confirmed by Legendscars.com, Legendscars.com does not guarantee any change of address made by the customer after their order is placed. The customer accepts all responsibility to receive the package at BOTH addresses.
Plan! Save $$$ - Give your order plenty of time. Ground Service charges are 75% less than expedited delivery services. Remember, Ground Service delivery times are guaranteed only on shipments with a commercial destination. If we are shipping to your residence there is no guarantee from the carrier on estimated delivery times Legendscars.com is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. Any delay or package claims must be made with carrier.
Normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times are as follows:
* WEST COAST -2 to 4 business days
* MOUNTAIN - 1 to 3 business days
* CENTRAL - 3 to 5 business days
* EASTERN - 4 to 6 business days
* EAST COAST - 5 to 7 business days
* International - 4 to 8 weeks

Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case, we will order the part from the manufacturer, and, if it is available, have it on the way to you within 24 hours!
Returning An Item For Refund Or Exchange*
All return packages must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Legendscars.com and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Items may be returned freight prepaid within 30 days from the date of purchase only if they are new, unused, complete, and include original packaging in resellable/reshippable condition. RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused. All returns must be shipped to Legendscars.com, 2561 South 1560 West, Woods Cross, Utah 84087 and have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Because merchandise shipped from Legendscars.com to our customers is always complete, properly packaged, and insured, it is the customers responsibility to see to it any item returned to Legendscars.com is insured to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with the carrier. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a return or exchange. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances (see product pages for details). Items received that are not in good condition will be charged for any missing or damaged material plus an automatic 20% restock/rebox fee, or they will be returned to the customer if requested, at the customers expense. Unclaimed damaged returns will be destroyed. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility of Legendscars.com
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED THROUGH E-MAIL, FAX OR VOICE-MAIL MESSAGE. YOU MUST SPEAK DIRECTLY TO A TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION CONFIRMED. All orders are considered final upon placement. Shipped orders are not cancelable under any circumstances. Merely requesting a cancellation DOES NOT cancel an order unless confirmed by Legendscars.com Legendscars.com reserves the right to take up to 72 hours to confirm a cancellation. Legendscars.com does not guarantee cancellations. Orders shipping the same day a cancellation is requested are considered shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. It is the customer's responsibility to see to it that an item returned for warranty is properly packaged and insured, to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with the carrier. Only items authorized for warranty service will be processed. Unauthorized customer warranties or warranty items that do not meet warranty criteria as stated by the manufacturer will be denied and returned if requested, at the customer's expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will be destroyed. Warranty returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility of Legendscars.com. Legendscars.com reserves the right to deny warranty service. Legendscars.com is only responsible for product replacement. No other responsibilities or warranties are expressed or implied.
New Vehicle Warranties And Your Rights
No properly installed product on your vehicle will void your original vehicle manufacturers warranty. However, if you experience a problem with an uncooperative dealership point out the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty - Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.
